If we need to collect any special category personal data for example health conditions when relating to a specific role or arrangements for interviews, we will provide additional information as to why it is being requested and how it will be used.
Failing to provide Personal Data
When personal data is required by law or in order for us to carry out our recruitment services and this data has not been provided, we may not be able to perform our contract (our recruitment services) and may have to cancel our services, we will notify you if this is the case.

Direct: You may provide us with your data including; Identity, Contact and Recruitment finding Data by filling in forms or by corresponding with us by phone, email or message. This includes personal data you provide when you:

We do not rely on consent as a legal basis for processing your personal data, however we will get your consent before sending third party direct marketing communications to you via email or text message. You have the right to withdraw consent to any marketing communications at any time by contacting us directly.

Registering you as a new candidate: enabling you to access our recruitment services (including finding you new potential opportunities, enabling you to apply for jobs, providing you with interview information and salary/market information, gathering any required references and obtaining right to work documentation). We will need the following; Identity, contact and recruitment finding data. The lawful basis for processing (including basis of legitimate interest are; performance of a contract, necessary for legitimate interest (recruitment finding services).
Managing & maintaining our relationship with you: Contacting you about new opportunities you may be interested in.Finding out whether you are interested in our recruitment services and whether you are open to new opportunities & particular roles. Notifying you about changes to our terms and conditions or privacy policy. Asking to participate in any surveys, or leaving a review for services. We will need the following data: Identity, Contact, Recruitment finding and marketing data.The lawful basis for processing (including basis of legitimate interest are; performance of a contract, necessary for legitimate interest (to keep our records correct and up to date) and complying with legal obligations
Maintaining website & system security
To protect & maintain our website & systems by: troubleshooting, analysing data, testing, system maintenance, reporting. We will need the following data: identity, contact & website usage data.The lawful basis for processing are necessary for legitimate interest (running our business, maintaining network security, IT services). Any legal obligation requests.
Marketing
When trying to determine what roles & services may be of interest or relevance to you we may use your identity, contact and recruitment finding data. We refer to this as our marketing. You will receive marketing from us if we’ve previously provided you with our recruitment services or if you’ve contacted us with your CV, signed up to our newsletter, uploaded a profile or applied to a role and you haven’t opted out of receiving marketing communications from us (this is classed as soft opt in consent). You can opt out of receiving these marketing communications at any time by contacting us directly.

Change of data purpose
We will only use your personal data for the purposes which we originally collected, as outlined above or if it is compatible with the original purpose . We do not allow our third-party service providers (our data processors) to use your personal data for their own purposes and only permit them to process your personal data for specified purposes and in accordance with our privacy policy.
6. Keeping your data secure

We have implemented security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way. Your data is limited to users who need access to ensure our recruitment services can be carried out and will be carried out according to this privacy policy and confidentially.
We have put in place measures to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so. 7. Data retention

In certain circumstances we may refuse your request, if we are legally permitted to do so. We will inform you and provide you with the reason as to why we are refusing.

Right to request correction of the personal data that we hold about you. This enables you to rectify any incomplete or inaccurate data we hold about you. On occasion we may need to verify the accuracy of the new data you provide to us.

You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal data (or to exercise any of the other rights). However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is clearly unreasonable, repetitive or unfounded.

We aim to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. On occasion we may take longer than one month if you have made multiple requests or are complex requests.
You have the right to make a complaint at any time to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK regulator for data protection issues (www.ico.org.uk).
